- Store's mistake (wrong size, wrong color) within 30 days of receipt: remade free, all shipping covered
- Your measuring mistake: too wide or too long, the store guides you to a local tailor at your cost; too narrow or too short, a second set at 50% off within 30 days. Curtains are not accepted back for alteration
- Lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship; a +/- 1% size tolerance is treated as acceptable

Can I return Curtarra curtains?
Not for a change of mind. Custom curtains are made to your size, and the return policy states that standard returns are not accepted. You can cancel with a full refund within 48 hours of ordering, or a 70% refund after that if the order has not shipped. If the store made the mistake (wrong size, wrong color), it remakes the curtains free within 30 days of receipt, shipping included. If you measured wrong, the store guides you to a local tailor or offers a second set at 50% off within 30 days; it does not accept the curtains back. If everything is correct and you simply do not like them, the Donation Process asks you to donate them to Goodwill and send the receipt for a partial refund of unpublished value.
Does one Curtarra order mean one panel or a pair?
One panel. The help center states that curtains are sold in single panels, not in pairs, so a quantity of 1 delivers one panel. A normal window with two panels means ordering a quantity of 2. The curtains are also not lined by default; lining is a paid option in the configurator.
