Three of the nine one-star reviews visible on Sep 17, 2026 are a heating failure or a warranty refusal on the heating element. That is the part this page tells you to clean in hard water, and the part the warranty page excludes.

The R01 is the machine for a small kitchen that cannot take a built-in dishwasher. The spec sheet is complete, the price is the same on every route of the store, and the shipping terms are printed. The two things to hold in mind are the unopened-only return and the heating element outside the warranty.
